Jonathan Daniel

Jonathan Daniel has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Jonathan started their career as a Legislative Intern for the State of Michigan, where they managed constituent relations and conducted research on policy and political implications. Jonathan then worked as a Litigation Paralegal at Edelman, Combs, Latturner & Goodwin, LLC, where they managed lawsuits and drafted legal documents. Jonathan also founded a communications consultancy called The Right Image, where they worked with political organizations on social media training, media relations, and content creation.

In 2008, Jonathan took on the role of Editor in Chief at The Wheaton Record before transitioning to the British Embassy Washington. At the embassy, they held multiple positions, including Press & Public Affairs Officer, Deputy Head of Policy & Communications - Midwest, and eventually Head of Policy & Communications - Midwest. In these roles, they engaged in political diplomacy, managed social media accounts, facilitated relations between visiting dignitaries and US officials, and organized PR events to enhance the UK brand awareness.

Jonathan's experience also includes working at the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office, where they held various positions such as Senior Policy Officer, Deputy Director of Economic Development Programs, and Project Lead of Economic Development. In these roles, they managed strategic planning, facilitated UK government relationships, launched sustainable development programs, strengthened project management processes, and supervised grants to encourage sustainable reforms.

Jonathan'smost recent position, starting in 2020, is as Vice President of Business Development at London & Partners. In this role, they represent London in the Midwest and helps high-growth startups consider international growth opportunities, while also unlocking support for them to prosper in London. Jonathan also briefly held the position of Head of Government and Stakeholder Engagement at London & Partners.
