Louise Conolly-Smith

Louise Conolly-Smith has extensive work experience in various industries and positions. Louise started their career as a Manager at the German British Chamber of Industry & Commerce, where they worked from 1994 to 1998. Louise then served as a Business Adviser at Business Link for London from 1999 to 2004. In 2005, Louise joined the Design Council as a Senior Partnership Manager and worked there until 2011.

From 2011 to 2018, they worked at London & Partners, initially as a Senior Key Account Manager - North America, where they focused on building relationships and facilitating the expansion of technology organizations in London. Later, they became the Head of Creative, Business Directorate, responsible for managing the creative industries strategy and attracting overseas businesses to invest in London.

In 2019, Louise joined HERE EAST as the Head of Special Projects (Creative) for a brief period from May to October.
