Ash Sharma

Ash Sharma has a strong background in finance and management accounting. Ash currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer at London Stadium since June 2019. Prior to that, they were the Head of Finance - London Stadium at London Legacy Development Corporation from February 2018 to June 2019.

Before joining London Stadium, Ash had extensive experience in finance roles. Ash served as a Finance Business Partner at The Football Association from June 2009 to April 2017. Prior to that, they were a Finance Manager at Wembley National Stadium Ltd from June 2003 to May 2009, where they were responsible for reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis for various stadium operations. Ash also managed the accounting teams for accounts payable and receivable.

Ash also worked as a Financial Controller at Rydges Hotels & Resorts from April 2002 to May 2003, where they had overall responsibility for financial reporting, budgeting, ledgers, treasury, and audit. Ash began their career as a Management Accountant at the Royal Opera House from February 1996 to March 2002, where they were responsible for budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and analysis of events for the Royal Ballet Company.

Ash Sharma attended London South Bank University but did not complete a degree. Prior to that, they attended Emanuel School and Croydon College, although no degree or field of study is specified for either institution.
