Debbie Umanzor Badilla

Debbie Umanzor Badilla is a seasoned marketing professional currently serving as a Senior Marketing Specialist at LSEG (London Stock Exchange Group) since July 2023, where responsibilities include developing an Integrated Tactical Marketing approach and executing go-to-market marketing plans for FX. Previously, Debbie held the role of Partner Marketing Advisor at Wunderman Thompson Costa Rica, overseeing Microsoft’s partner portfolio for the Caribbean and Central region and executing B2B marketing strategies. Additional experience includes positions as a Marketing Coordinator for Microsoft LATAM, Senior Key Account Executive at GRUPO VARGAS, Customer Advocacy at Align Technology, and Data Analyst at Amazon. Debbie is pursuing a Master’s degree in Strategic Marketing and Digital Communication at EUDE Business School, following a degree in Advertising & Marketing from Universidad Latina de Costa Rica.
