Michael Chubb

Michael Chubb is an experienced business manager with a robust background in technology and intelligence sectors. Currently serving as Business Manager and Portfolio PMO in the Chief Technology Office at LSEG since October 2020, Michael leads various functions including finance, workforce management, and project delivery. Prior to this role, Michael coordinated strategic initiatives at Hubwise Securities and managed operations at Deutsche Bank, where responsibilities included governance support, project management, and regulatory compliance. Michael's earlier career at the UK Ministry of Defence involved intelligence analysis and team leadership, further enhancing skills in crisis management and stakeholder engagement.
