Tam Sandeman

Tam Sandeman is an experienced communications professional with a diverse background in internal and external communications across various industries. Currently, Tam serves as the Global Head of Internal Communications at LSEG, starting in March 2023. Prior roles include Vice President of Global Employee Engagement at GSK, where Tam focused on modernizing communication strategies and cultural transformation, and Executive Director of Global Communications at Avon, managing internal communication during a significant organizational transition. Previous experiences also encompass roles at Walgreens Boots Alliance, Ogilvy PR Australia, and GCI, where Tam led major communication initiatives and developed impactful engagement strategies. Tam holds a BA (Hons) in Public Relations from Bournemouth University.
