Joseph Turco has over 35 years of experience in the field of human resources. Joseph has held various leadership roles in different companies, including Lone Star Circle of Care, OptimisCorp, St. Mary Medical Center, Columbus Regional Hospital, Catholic Community Services, and Newark Beth Israel Medical Center. In these roles, they have been responsible for strategic direction, staffing, compensation and benefit plan design, employee engagement, and employee relations. Joseph's accomplishments include improving employee engagement and being named to the Best Places To Work in Indiana multiple times.
Joseph Turco completed their Master's Degree in Labor and Industrial Relations at Rutgers University from 1987 to 1991. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Labor and Industrial Relations from Seton Hall University, where they studied from 1977 to 1981. Additionally, Joseph has obtained several certifications, including Senior Professional Human Resources from SHRM in July 1998, Certified Employee Benefits Specialist from the International Society of Certified Employee Benefit Specialists in June 1988, and SHRM - SCP from the Society for Human Resource Management in July 2015.
