Tillery Stout

Tillery Stout has over 20 years of work experience, primarily in the legal field. From 2000 to 2001, Tillery worked as a Summer Associate at Vinson & Elkins. In 2001, Tillery returned to Vinson & Elkins as a Business International Associate until 2005, when they transitioned to the role of Corporate Associate. In 2010, Tillery joined Lone Star Circle of Care as an Associate General Counsel, before being promoted to General Counsel in 2012 and ultimately Chief Administrative Officer and General Counsel in December 2020.

Tillery Stout obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree from Mercer University from 1994 to 1998. The field of study during this period included Literature, Biology, and Chemistry. From 1998 to 2001, Tillery Stout pursued further education at the University of Houston Law Center, where they completed a Juris Doctor degree with a focus on Law, specifically in the areas of Business, Corporate Governance, Finance, Real Estate, and Healthcare.
