Talent Development Manager at Lone Star Communications

Trey Meador, M.Ed. has a diverse work experience in the field of education. Trey began their career as a High School English Teacher at DESOTO INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT, where they collaborated with administrators and experienced teachers to develop instruction that aligned with community needs and state standards. Trey then transitioned to Arlington ISD, where they took on the role of Assistant Principal. In this position, they focused on creating a collaborative campus culture and ensuring compliance with student assistance programs. Trey also worked closely with district leaders to promote equal access to education and maintain a safe learning environment. During their time at Arlington ISD, they also served as an English Teacher/Level Lead, where they worked with department teachers and administrators to align instruction with state standards and improve student academic and behavioral growth. Recently, Trey joined Lone Star Communications, Inc. as the Talent Development Manager, responsible for creating and maintaining a talent review process that emphasizes accountability, learning and development, and employee empowerment.

Trey Meador, M.Ed. obtained their Master of Education - MEd degree in Educational Leadership and Administration, General from Stephen F. Austin State University in the years 2015 to 2016. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts - BA degree in English at The University of Texas at Arlington from 2007 to 2009. In addition to their degrees, Trey Meador has also obtained certifications including Everything DiSC® Certification from Wiley Workplace Learning in October 2022, and certifications in English Language Arts and Reading (8-12) and Principal (8-12) from the Texas Education Agency in February 2017.
