Tracy Butler

Tracy Butler, PhD, GPC, is an experienced Grants Manager who has worked at University of Houston and San José Clinic. Currently, Tracy serves as the DEI Adjunct Faculty for Lone Star Family Health Center's Medical Residency Program, designing and implementing DEI course content. Tracy holds a Ph.D. in Latin American History, along with other degrees in Latin American Studies, Portuguese, and Communication.
