Jeff Kert

Jeff Kert has a strong background in the financial industry, with a focus on legal and management roles. Jeff started their career as an attorney at Thacher Proffitt & Wood LLP in 1998, where they worked until 2003. Following this, they joined Goldman Sachs as a Vice President for a year. In 2004, they moved to Financial Guaranty Insurance Company as a Managing Director and Senior Counsel until 2008 when they joined Hudson Advisors, LLC as a Managing Director and General Counsel. Most recently, in 2020, they became a Senior Managing Director at Lone Star Funds. Throughout their career, Jeff has demonstrated expertise in legal, management, and finance roles within the financial sector.

Jeff Kert pursued their undergraduate studies from 1991 to 1995 at the University of Michigan, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in English. Following this, they attended The George Washington University Law School from 1995 to 1998, earning a Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
