Vincent Wess

Vincent Wess is a Private Equity Associate at Lone Star Funds, focusing on the European large-cap investment team since January 2023. Previously, Vincent served as an Investment Banking Analyst in the Financial Sponsors Group at Morgan Stanley from August 2021 to December 2022, after completing a Summer Analyst position in the same group in 2020, which led to a full-time analyst offer. Vincent began the career in investment banking as an intern at ACXIT Capital Partners, specializing in German mid-cap M&A, and also gained experience as a Spring Intern at Morgan Stanley and Credit Suisse. Vincent's early experience includes a Business Development internship at Seven Lanes, a tech start-up. Vincent holds a Bachelor of Science in International Management from WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management and participated in an exchange program at Università Bocconi.
