Francisco Sanchez

Francisco "Frank" Sanchez is an experienced IT Project Manager currently employed at Lone Star National Bank, focusing on EPMO implementation and project execution within PMBOK frameworks. Previously, at AVANCE, Frank served as a Business Coach, helping family childcare business owners enhance their branding and recruitment processes. At Bible Study Fellowship, Frank established a PMO from inception, implementing project request systems. With a long tenure at Texas A&M University-San Antonio, Frank led significant IT projects, including a $1.2 million student database system, and held various roles, notably as Assistant Vice President for Enrollment Management. Frank holds a Master of Science in Counseling and Guidance from Texas A&M University-Kingsville, a Bachelor of Business Administration from The University of Texas at San Antonio, and a Change Management Certification from Prosci.
