Ella Duchaine

Ella Duchaine has significant experience in customer service and management, currently serving as a Server/Manager at Lone Star Texas Grill since January 2018, where notable achievements include increasing sales through effective upselling and fostering customer relationships. Previously, as an Administrative Officer for the Government of Canada from August 2022 to June 2023, Ella coordinated with various clients to enhance interagency collaboration. Ella's early career includes a role as a Server at Captain Georges, where multitasking and customer engagement were key responsibilities, and as a Gymnastics Coach/Supervisor at Quinte Bay Gymnastics Club, where leadership and tailored training for athletes were emphasized.
