Craig Engelbrecht has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Craig started their career as the founder and president of Quality Attributes Controls, Inc., a graphics development services company for the building automation system industry. Craig rapidly expanded the business and completed numerous projects for prestigious clients before selling the company.

After that, Craig co-founded Quality Attributes Software, Inc., where they served as the Chief Strategy Officer. Under their leadership, the company developed innovative products and established a strong market presence in the energy and resource information management sector.

Craig then joined Siemens, where they held various roles including National Director of Smart Services and Technology, PNW Service Sales Manager, and WA Branch General Manager. Craig was responsible for revitalizing struggling divisions, driving sales growth, and implementing strategic initiatives.

Most recently, Craig served as Vice President and General Manager of LONG Building Technologies. Craig was initially hired to lead a major business turnaround in Washington, but ended up restructuring the organization and leading a high-performance team. Craig played a key role in the strategic planning and was a pivotal member of the executive committee.

Craig Engelbrecht attended Iowa State University from 1998 to 2003, where they studied Agricultural Engineering. Craig obtained their VFR and IFR Pilot's License from the Federal Aviation Administration in 2003. Craig also received additional certifications such as Management Essentials from Siemens and completed the Services Leadership Institute program covering various topics related to customer loyalty, service excellence, service solutions, technology in services, and renown service blueprinting techniques at Arizona State University.
