Jennifer Beckman

Jennifer Beckman has extensive experience in the field of human resources and talent management. Jennifer is currently serving as the Director of Human Resources & Talent Management at LONG Building Technologies. Prior to this, Jennifer worked as an Executive Coach at VIM Executive Coaching & Mentoring and as an Integral Coach at Hoshin Coaching Group. Jennifer also held the position of Talent Matchmaker at Higher Level Match, where they focused on matching the right talent with the right organizations. Jennifer's previous experience includes serving as the Director of Human Resources at KONG Company, where they led the HR and employee relations function, coached executives and employees in various areas of leadership, and managed full life-cycle recruiting. Jennifer also has experience as the Founder of 4Real Meals and as a Human Resources Generalist at Echostar and The Healthcare Financial Group.

Jennifer Beckman has a Bachelor's of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a focus on Management from the University of South Dakota. Jennifer also studied Business Administration, Management, and Operations at the University of Iowa. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including being a Certified Integral Coach from New Ventures West, an Organizational Development Practitioner from MSEC, an MBTI Certified Practitioner from CAPT, a Certified Conflict Mediator from MSEC, and a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) from HRCI.
