Paul Watts

Paul Watts has extensive experience in leadership and operational management within the food production industry. Currently serving as a Team Leader at Long Clawson Dairy since May 2016, Paul oversees the daily operations of the Coldstore, focusing on staff training and health and safety protocols. Prior to this role, Paul worked as a Front Line Manager at Greencore, managing intake and low care prep areas while training staff in health and safety. With previous experience as a Production Operator at Cromwell Group (Holdings) Ltd and as a Team Leader at Samworth Brothers Supply Chain, Paul has developed a strong background in stock control, production line management, and standard operating procedures, supported by education at Hamilton High School in Leicester from 1976 to 1981.
