Melissa Macerato

Recently recognized as one of the “10 Best Inspiring Leaders of 2021” by Industry Era Women Leaders and a “Powerhouse” Award Winner by NEXT Mortgage News, Melissa has more than 20 years of experience as a senior leader, launching and growing new business ventures into profitable, market-leading programs within large corporations. Over the past 14 years, she has held various positions within the MetLife organization—including the launch of MetLife Bank and the development of MetLife’s reverse mortgage business, which grew into the #1-ranked reverse mortgage program in the nation. Prior to joining MetLife, Melissa was a Vice President with MBNA America, and a Senior Director at GE Capital.
