Emil Syundyukov

Emil Syundyukov is an experienced professional in the fields of digital health and computer science, currently serving as Chief Executive Officer and Chief Technology Officer at Longenesis since September 2018. In addition, Emil holds the position of Senior Industry Consultant at Digital Health Hackers, focusing on scaling digital health innovations. As a lecturer at the University of Latvia, Emil leads courses on Digital Health and Computer Engineering while conducting applied research in healthcare. Emil also serves in various expert roles, including Deputy Chair of the Digital Health Council for the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Latvia and as a researcher at Riga Stradiņš University. Notable previous positions include co-founder of the medical technology startup Koatum and a scientific expert at Pauls Stradins Clinical University Hospital. Emil's educational background includes a PhD in Computer Science and multiple degrees from Latvijas Universitate and Rīgas Ekonomikas augstskola.
