Linnea Hord Dnp

Linnea Hord DNP, ANP-C is the Market Director of Clinical Services at Longevity Health Plan. Linnea has been a Clinical Faculty Nurse Practitioner at the University of Colorado Colorado Springs Beth-El College of Nursing and Health Sciences since October 2015. Linnea also serves as a Clinical Preceptor at the University of Colorado College of Nursing, guiding master's and doctoral nursing students in their journey to become nurse practitioners. With a wealth of experience in the healthcare field, including roles at Optum Complex Care Management and Tri County Health Department, Linnea holds multiple degrees including a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP).
