Jennifer Pierce

Jennifer Pierce has a strong background in human resources and operations management. Jennifer started their career in 1992 as the Director of Operations at Ruby Tuesday, where they worked until 2006. Jennifer then joined Darden Restaurants as the Director of Talent Acquisition from 2008 to 2011. Jennifer held various roles at Longhorn Steakhouse, including Director of Training and Development from 2011 to 2012, Senior Director of Training and HR at Olive Garden from 2012 to 2016, and Vice President of Human Resources at Yard House Restaurants from 2016 to 2020.
