Eric Chung has accumulated extensive experience in the automotive industry since 2013, currently serving as an Assistant Service Manager at Longo Toyota, where responsibilities include developing client relationships to ensure repeat business and assisting with daily operations. Previous roles at Longo Toyota/Scion and Lexus included serving as a Guest Relations representative and Service Advisor, enhancing customer satisfaction and addressing inquiries. Eric also worked as a Product Specialist, demonstrating expertise in Toyota and Scion vehicles.
