Michelle E. Villeda

Michelle E. Villeda joined Longpoint in November 2021 and leads the accounting department for Longpoint Property Group as Controller.

Prior to joining Longpoint, Ms. Villeda worked at Accesso Services in South Florida where she managed an accounting team of 14, reporting directly to the Chief Accounting Officer and CFO. She started at Accesso as a Property Accountant in 2014 and moved into different roles within the department throughout her 8 years with the company. At Accesso, Ms. Villeda was responsible for overseeing financial statements at both the property and fund levels. Other responsibilities included training, inter-departmental communication, and continued maintenance of the company’s Yardi accounting system. Ms. Villeda also participated in the innovation committee, where she aided in company and departmental implementations to improve the efficiency and accuracy of financial data and reporting for internal and external use.

Ms. Villeda completed the Executive Master of Accounting program at Florida Atlantic University, where she also earned her Dual BA in Accounting and Management.
