Peter J. Sullivan has extensive experience in the renewable energy industry. Currently, they serve as the Vice President of Project Development at Longroad Energy Partners, where they lead wind, solar, and storage projects in the western US. Peter J. played a key role in the development of the Prospero solar project in Texas and the Milford Solar I project in Utah. Prior to this role, Peter held the position of Vice President of Project Development at SunEdison, where they led the development of multiple utility-scale wind and solar projects in the Western US. Notable projects include Sunflower Wind, Three Cedars Solar, and Comanche Solar. Before SunEdison, Peter worked at First Wind as the Vice President of Project Development, responsible for developing utility-scale wind and solar projects in the West. Peter J. led the development of the Seven Sisters and Four Brothers solar projects. Peter also has experience working at GE, where they served as the Ecomagination Product Leader and played a significant role in the development and market launch of GE's first ecomagination certified business service. Additionally, they have held various roles in organizations such as the Midwestern Greenhouse Gas Advisory Group, Minnesota Climate Change Advisory Group, The Nature Conservancy, and Accenture. Peter's expertise includes project development, strategic planning, and environmental sustainability.
Peter J. Sullivan completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy and Economics from Boston College in 1996. Later, they earned a Master of Arts degree in Religion and Literature from the University of Chicago, completing it in 2001.
