Jason Smith

Jason Smith is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the life sciences and technology sectors. Currently serving as Managing Director and Venture Partner at Longview Innovation since February 2014, Jason also holds various board positions, including Chairman of the Board at Aptatek Biosciences and member of the Board of Directors for MOBILion Systems, Inc., Optimeos Life Sciences, and Uniformity Labs. Jason's past roles include strategic contributions to Exyn Technologies Inc. and leadership positions at LiteCure LLC and W.L. Gore & Associates, where expertise in product management and clinical affairs was demonstrated. Jason holds a PhD in Biomedical Engineering from Duke University and an MS in Materials Science from North Carolina State University.
