Anne Krizek

Anne Krizek is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the HR Director, Global HRBP EMEA, AMER & SGRM (a.i) at Lonza since June 2022. In this role, Anne oversees strategic and operational HR responsibilities for the EMEA, AMER, and Global Strategic Growth and Revenue Management leadership teams, effectively managing HR processes and global initiatives. Prior to this, Anne held various HR leadership positions at Lonza and Capsugel, including HR Associate Director and Senior Human Resources Business Partner, where responsibilities ranged from HR strategy implementation to supporting site management during challenging periods such as the COVID-19 pandemic. Anne's career in HR began in 2004 with roles at Capsugel/Pfizer, complemented by a Master's degree in International Business from NEOMA Business School.
