Antoine Rosnarho

Antoine ROSNARHO is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Senior Director and Global Head of HR Quality at Lonza since January 2018, Antoine has led initiatives such as the development of the CHI People Strategy and successful talent review processes. Prior to Lonza, Antoine held senior HR positions at Capsugel and Nestlé Purina Pet Care, where key achievements included organizational changes, relocation strategies, and integration during acquisitions. Antoine's career commenced at Rohm and Haas and Pechiney, with a strong focus on HR projects, strategies, and effective collaboration with leadership teams. Antoine holds an MBA from Vlerick Business School and a Master's degree in Human Resources Development from Institut catholique de Paris.
