Heather L. Brown

Heather L. Brown is an accomplished professional in recruitment and talent acquisition, with extensive experience in leadership roles across various companies. Brown currently serves as the Global Project Director for the Recruitment Center of Excellence at GSK, following a tenure as the Global Head of Recruitment Operations, Continuous Improvement & Sourcing at Lonza and as Global Project Director for Continuous Improvement at TE Connectivity. Prior positions include Sr. Director of RPO Client Operations at ADP and strategic roles in client operations and account management. Brown began their career in recruitment at Wyeth Pharmaceuticals, The Judge Group, and Yoh Company, specializing in clinical research. Brown earned a Bachelor's Degree in Biological Sciences from the University of Delaware between 1992 and 1996.
