Joanna Hills

Joanna Hills possesses extensive experience in quality management systems and operations within the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries. Currently serving as the Global Director of Quality Management Systems at Lonza, Joanna has held various leadership roles, including Project Lead for the Value Chain Academy at Novartis and multiple QA Lead positions within External Supply Operations at the same company. Prior experience includes roles as Quality Systems and Compliance Manager at Genzyme, Quality Specialist in Pharmacovigilance at Roche Products Ltd, and Contract Quality Specialist at Wyeth Pharmaceuticals. Joanna holds a BSc (Hons) in Chemistry with Medicinal Chemistry from the University of Hull, obtained between 1983 and 1986, and completed education at St Annes School in Fareham from 1976 to 1981.
