Pierre Reuse

Pierre Reuse has extensive experience in sustainability implementation and process safety within the chemical and pharmaceutical industries. Currently serving as the Global Lead for Sustainability Implementation and Head of Global Process Safety at Lonza since January 2019, Pierre previously held multiple leadership roles at Novartis from October 2010 to December 2018, including Head of HSE&BC Third Party Inspection and Compliance and Head of Global Pharma Project Risk and Process Safety Management. Prior experience includes Group Leader at SWISSI Process Safety GmbH, Deputy Group Leader at Swiss Safety Institute, and Research Assistant at Swiss Federal Institute of Technology. Pierre holds a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering, along with a Specialist degree in Radioactivity and a Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering, all earned at EPFL.
