Silvia Schaub

Silvia Schaub is a communications professional with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as Global Head of Internal Communications at Lonza since May 2020, Silvia previously managed communications and training for the Personalized Health Informatics Group at SIB Swiss Institute of Bioinformatics, focusing on the Swiss Personalized Health Network Initiative. Silvia's earlier roles include Manager Communications Europe at Alcoa Europe, where responsibilities encompassed communications management and employee engagement, Assistant to the Head of Marketing Operations at UEFA, and PA to the Head of Brands at British American Tobacco, involving marketing activities and event organization. Silvia holds a Master's degree in Corporate Communications and multiple certifications in Online Marketing and Corporate Communications from the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland and SAWI Academy. Additionally, Silvia has a diploma in Haute Couture and Fashion Design.
