Susan Collins

Susan Collins serves as the North America Business Development Associate Director for Bioscience at Lonza since April 2021, leading a remote team focused on products and services for protein-based therapies and cell and gene therapy. Prior roles include Managing Partner and Founder of FUSE Design + Build, LLC, and Vice President of Global Sales & Marketing at AMRI, where contributions spanned discovery, pre-clinical development, and API manufacturing services. Additionally, experience at Merck and Organon involved directing sales teams in various therapeutic areas, such as cardiovascular and hospital markets. A graduate of Lewis & Clark College with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration, Susan has demonstrated leadership and expertise in the biopharmaceutical sector throughout a diverse career.
