Eloy García-Borreguero

Eloy García-Borreguero has over 18 years of experience in the tech industry. Eloy began their career in 2002 as a Developer for Informatica de Euskadi. In 2003, they moved to Customerworks Europe - An Accenture Company as a Junior Analyst. In 2007, they joined zylk.net S.L. as a Senior Analyst, where they were responsible for project management and OpenSource solutions research. In 2009, they became the CTO of ticketBis, where they led and scaled the tech department to compete with the giants of the sector. In 2016, they joined eBay as a Senior Engineering Manager to support the StubHub business to expand internationally. In 2020, they became a Member of the Board of Directors for ALL IRON RE I SOCIMI, S.A., where they followed the company's results and strategic movements. Eloy is currently the CTO of Lookiero, where they are responsible for aligning with the Leadership Team to focus the tech delivery in the right direction, supporting the growing business, and ensuring the quality of the tech delivery.

Eloy García-Borreguero obtained an Engineer's Degree from the University of Deusto in 2001, followed by a Master's Degree from Mondragon Unibertsitatea in 2003, both in the field of Computer Engineering.
