Richard Ney

Richard Ney has over 30 years of work experience in software engineering and development roles. Richard is currently a Senior Principal Software Engineer at Lookout since September 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Lookout as a Principal Software Engineer from February 2019 to September 2022. In addition, they held the role of Senior Staff Engineer at Lookout from February 2018 to September 2022.

Before joining Lookout, Richard worked at Aspect Software as a Senior Architect - Lead Developer from January 2000 to February 2018. In this role, they led a team responsible for developing real-time and historical business intelligence frameworks, as well as implementing big data and operational dashboard systems for contact centers.
