Yaniv Golan

Yaniv has been a Software and Technology entrepreneur for three decades and Venture Capitalist for a decade. He was founder and CTO of Yedda (acquired by AOL), VP R&D and CTO at SmarTeam Corp (acquired by Dassault Systémes), and served as a VP at AOL Israel.

He has long been an active player in Israeli’s vibrant high-tech scene, as an advisor and investor in several companies, including being the first investor and advisor at Face.com (acquired by Facebook).

Yaniv served in the IDF Intelligence corps in an entrepreneurial role and was awarded the Head Intelligence Corps Award for Creative Thinking. Yaniv holds a BSc in Computer Science from the Technion, and serves as Managing Director of the Israel Friends of the Technion Association.
