Lance Hall

Lance Hall serves as the Director of Physical Plant at The Loomis Chaffee School since October 2012, overseeing campus operations, including Engineering, Maintenance, Carpentry, Grounds, Painting, and Housekeeping departments, as well as managing capital improvements and related projects. Previously, Lance held positions ranging from Assistant Director of the Physical Plant to Project Manager, focusing on departmental supervision, project management, budget management, and compliance. Additional experience includes board membership for the State of Connecticut and roles as Facilities Plumber at Quinnipiac University and Service Technician in plumbing and heating at Aiello Home Services. Education includes a HVAC course certificate from Howell Cheney Technical High School.
