Marc Cardwell

Marc Cardwell is an experienced instructional designer currently working at Idea Desk Solutions LLC, where the focus is on creating interactive eLearning training modules for clients such as a hospital and a telecommunications company. In addition, Marc serves as the Assistant Department Head at The Loomis Chaffee School, leading a team of educators and coordinating professional development for a group of seventeen. With a strong background in developing culturally responsive curricula and fostering student-centered learning environments, Marc has also held roles as an instructional designer at the Naval School Explosive Ordnance Disposal and as a certified Arabic linguist at the Defense Language Institute. Marc's educational credentials include a Master’s Degree in Education from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor's Degree in History with a Minor in Spanish from the United States Naval Academy.
