Vinnie Zhang

Vinnie Zhang, CFA, has extensive work experience in the finance industry. Vinnie is currently employed as a Vice President and Senior ABS Analyst at Loomis, Sayles & Company since February 2022. Prior to their current role, Vinnie worked at Blackstone as a Structured Credit Analyst from June 2018 to February 2022. Before that, they worked at Fidelity & Guaranty Life as an Analyst in the Investments department from October 2016 to June 2018. Vinnie also gained experience at Fifth Third Securities as an AVP - Quantitative Analyst from January 2015 to September 2016. Vinnie started their career at Oaktree Capital Management as an Associate from January 2012 to December 2014. Additionally, Vinnie interned at Delaware Investments, a member of the Macquarie Group, as a Summer Intern in the Quantitative Portfolio Analyst role in the summer of 2011.

Vinnie Zhang, CFA, holds a Master's degree in Financial Engineering from UCLA Anderson School of Management, which they obtained from 2010 to 2011. Prior to this, they earned a Master's degree in Applied and Computational Mathematics from the University of Minnesota Duluth, where they studied from 2008 to 2010. Vinnie completed their undergraduate studies at Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, graduating with a Bachelor's degree in Computational Mathematics from 2003 to 2007. Additionally, Vinnie obtained their CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) certification from the CFA Institute in February 2016.
