Jennifer Heil

Jennifer Heil, CHC, CHPC, is an experienced professional in compliance and healthcare management. Currently serving as the Chief Compliance Officer for Population Health Management at UMass Memorial Healthcare since May 2016, Jennifer has also held roles as Senior Policy Advisor and Project Manager within the organization. Prior experience includes positions such as Senior Project Manager at Lowell General Hospital and Design Principal at ADG, Inc., focusing on integrated design and construction management. Jennifer's career began at Tufts Health Plan, where various managerial roles were held, including overseeing Medicare Programs and Policy. In addition, Jennifer serves as an Alpine Ski Patroller at Loon Mountain Resort since October 2015. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Simmons University and additional education from Brandeis University.
