Wangkyu Kim

Wangkyu Kim is an experienced urban designer and planner currently working at Looney Ricks Kiss since May 2022, where responsibilities include urban design and planning. Prior experience includes a role as a content creator and graphics coordinator at Gameplayce, focusing on marketing videos and event planning, and as a landscape designer at Solto Landscape Architecture, contributing to corporate landscape projects in Korea and securing notable design contracts through competitive bidding. Wangkyu also held positions at Doyle Herman Design Associates, contributing to all design process stages, and as a design visualization intern at Stacy Levy Creative, Inc. Wangkyu's military service as a staff sergeant in the Republic of Korea Air Force adds to a diverse background. Academic qualifications include a Master of City Planning with a focus on Urban Design from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor's Degree in Landscape Architecture from Penn State University.
