Reecha Jindal

Reecha Jindal is an experienced customer success professional with a strong background in managing client relationships, onboarding, and product adoption metrics. Currently serving as a Customer Success Manager at Loop AI since July 2023, Reecha previously held the position of Customer Success Lead at Terraview from August 2019 to July 2023, focusing on agritech intelligence for perennial crops. Prior experience includes roles in HR and finance management at Basil Advisors, including setting up HR processes and handling payroll, as well as positions at hau2, CPA Global, and KPMG, where skills in team training and key account management were developed. Reecha holds a Master of Arts in Ancient History from Kirori Mal College, University of Delhi, and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Motilal Nehru College, University of Delhi.
