Alanna Gino

Alanna Gino has a diverse and extensive professional background in marketing and communications. Alanna is currently the Head of Marketing at Loop, a position they have held since May 2023. Prior to this, they worked at EVgo, starting as the Director of Business Marketing and Communications from August to December 2020 before being promoted to Senior Director of Marketing and Communications from December 2020 to May 2023.

In 2020, Alanna also served as a Business Development Manager at Kairos Power from May to August. Before that, they held the role of Senior Director of Marketing at Redaptive, Inc from July 2017 to April 2020. In this position, they advanced the adoption of energy and efficiency solutions, managed corporate branding and external communications, and implemented a strategic marketing plan that contributed to significant sales growth.

Alanna's earlier experience includes their role as Senior Marketing Manager at Bloom Energy from May 2013 to May 2017, where they led the development and execution of the corporate marketing plan and executed customer events. Alanna also worked as a Commercial Marketing Manager at SolarCity from October 2011 to April 2013, where they led the commercial marketing program and collaborated with cross-functional teams.

Furthermore, Alanna holds an MBA from the McCombs School of Business, which they completed from August 2009 to June 2011. Alanna began their career as an Associate Marketing Intern at Incenergy from May 2010 to April 2011 and worked as a Senior Account Executive at Antenna Group from July 2006 to May 2010.

Alanna's professional journey began as a Research Analyst at SENTECH, Inc. in 2005.

Alanna Gino completed their education with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Environmental Science and Public Policy from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in the years 2000 to 2004. Later on, they pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) specializing in Cleantech and Marketing at the Texas McCombs School of Business from 2009 to 2011.
