Claire Burget has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Claire started their career as a Sales Associate at Anthropologie in 2014 and held various roles in the company, including Visual Sales Associate, Assistant Visual Manager, and Senior Customer Associate.
In 2017, Claire transitioned to iQ Offices, where they worked as a Community Associate and later became a Community Manager. Claire then moved on to become a Member Experience Manager, responsible for creating end-to-end experiences for Members at locations nationwide. Claire also served as a Director of Operations, overseeing team members and location operations throughout Canada.
In 2021, Claire joined Swyft as a Merchant Success Manager, where they built relationships, implemented revenue and retention programs, and curated digital content. Claire later took on the role of Sales Enablement and Revenue Operations Lead, managing content and processes for the sales team.
Currently, Claire is working as a Customer Success Lead at Loop (Cards, Banking, and Payments), where they are responsible for ensuring customer success and satisfaction.
Throughout their career, Claire has demonstrated strong leadership, management, and customer service skills, making a continuous impact in their roles while aligning with business goals.
Claire Burget obtained their Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree in Retail from Ryerson University between 2012 and 2017. Prior to that, they attended Kingston Collegiate and Vocational Institute from 2008 to 2012, although the degree name and field of study are unknown. Claire also possesses certifications such as the Safe Food Handlers Certificate from IN GOOD HANDS LIMITED and the Smart Serve certification.
