Manager, Merchant Support at Loop

Hannah Wright has a diverse work experience spanning across multiple companies and roles. Hannah began their career as a Marketing Intern at The Children's Society in 2014, where they contributed to the preparation of a fundraising campaign.

In 2015, they served as a Marketing and Business Development Intern at BigSquare Solutions, Inc., assisting in various marketing and business development efforts such as managing social media platforms, prospecting leads, and organizing product demonstrations.

From 2016 to 2019, Hannah worked at iQ Media, starting as an Account Development Associate, where they identified new business opportunities and fostered relationships with prospects. Hannah then transitioned to the role of a Client Services Representative, addressing clients' issues and ensuring accurate data and information. Later, they became a Customer Success Manager, taking care of client onboarding, implementation, and retention.

In 2019, Hannah joined Kinetiq TV as a Customer Success Manager, focusing on maintaining client satisfaction and providing support. Hannah was later promoted to the position of Senior Client Services Manager before leaving in 2020.

Currently, Hannah is working at Loop as a Manager of Merchant Support, responsible for overseeing merchant support operations.

Throughout their career, Hannah has gained extensive experience in client services, business development, marketing, and team management.

Hannah Wright attended the University of Pittsburgh from 2012 to 2016, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree. Their fields of study included Communication, Public and Professional Writing, and Studio Arts.
