Yishai Segev

Yishai Segev currently serves as the VP of Business Operations at Loox since April 2018, where major initiatives include designing an efficient meeting structure, developing a quarterly planning framework, implementing a data loss prevention policy, and creating an employee onboarding program. Previously, as the VP of Customer Operations, Yishai managed multiple domains including Support and Success, led departmental reorganization, formalized KPIs for alignment with company goals, and positioned the department to enhance customer engagement. Yishai's earlier roles at Loox include Customer Success Lead and Customer Success Manager, overseeing teams, spearheading outsourcing initiatives, managing training programs, and ensuring alignment with product needs. Yishai began the professional journey at Loox as a Technical Support Engineer and has experience in the culinary field as a Line Cook at The Container restaurant in Jaffa Port from August 2016 to September 2017.
