Jessica Baggett has a solid work experience spanning several companies and roles. Jessica started their career as a Sales and Events Executive at Tiger Tiger from September 2018 to September 2019. Following that, they worked as a Sales and Bookings Executive at The Deltic Group from October 2019 to September 2020. In 2020, they joined Starling Bank as a Customer Service Advisor, where they worked until August 2021. Jessica then moved on to LOQBOX, where they initially worked as a Member Support Agent from August 2021 to June 2022. Jessica then advanced to the position of Senior Member Support Agent from June 2022 to November 2022. Currently, Jessica holds the position of Marketing Insights Executive at LOQBOX, where they are responsible for conducting research, managing email marketing campaigns, and providing customer insight.

Jessica Baggett began their education in 2015 at Cardiff Metropolitan University where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) degree in Marketing Management. Their studies in this field lasted until 2018. In 2020, Jessica continued their education at the same institution, this time focusing on Human Resources Management and Services. Jessica completed their Master of Science degree in this field at Cardiff Metropolitan University in 2021.
