Richard H. Neiman is a seasoned financial services professional with extensive experience in regulatory, public policy, and legal advisory roles. Currently serving as a Senior Advisor for the American Fintech Council and Lending Club, Neiman has been instrumental in navigating complex fintech landscapes, including leading regulatory engagement and supporting significant company milestones such as IPOs and acquisitions. In addition to advisory roles at LOQUAT Inc. and Coinbase Custody Trust Company, Neiman has held prominent positions including Vice Chairman at PwC and Superintendent of Banks for the State of New York.
