Val Jelinic

Val Jelinic is an experienced professional in the Internet of Things (IoT) and business development, currently serving as a Senior IoT Enablement Jedi at Microshare.io since December 2022, focusing on turnkey Sensing-as-a-Service solutions. Val has been a LoRa Alliance LoRaWAN Ambassador since February 2016, actively supporting the ecosystem's growth and standardization of IoT technology. As a mentor for small businesses and start-ups, Val assists in translating ideas into sustainable models and implementing effective marketing strategies. Previous roles include Head of Ecosystem and IoT Solutions at Brunata AG, Program Manager at Semtech, and Regional Business Development Manager at ABB Switzerland, among others. Val holds an Executive MBA in International Entrepreneurship from the University of Edinburgh Business School and has a robust educational background in secure telecommunications and economics.
