Ray Shugarts

Ray Shugarts is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in network administration, graphic design, and architectural illustration. Currently serving as a Network Administrator for Lorain County Ohio Government since September 2022, Ray previously held the same position at Murtis Taylor Human Resources Center from January 2011 to September 2022. Prior to this, Ray worked as a Curtain Supervisor at PlayhouseSquare and as an Architectural Designer/Illustrator at Holland Capital Management for a brief period in 2009, where responsibilities included creating AutoCAD drawings and graphic design materials. Ray's graphic design expertise was also honed at Sysco, where a significant tenure from 2000 to 2008 involved producing various promotional materials for the company. Ray holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Illustration, Drawing, Painting, and Design from the Cleveland Institute of Art, completed in 1992.
