Cari Wilkerson

Cari Wilkerson is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition for Operations at L'Oréal since January 2017. Previously, Cari held various HR roles at L'Oréal USA, including Senior Human Resources Manager and Human Resources Manager from February 2014 to April 2022. Prior to L'Oréal, Cari worked as Human Resources Manager at BHDP Architecture for a brief period and served as Regional HR Manager at JDByrider Sales of Indiana LLC from March 2012 to May 2013, where responsibilities included overseeing all personnel activities and recruitment. Earlier experience includes serving as HR Generalist at Mike Albert Fleet Solutions and Employment Coordinator at American Nursing Care. Cari holds a Master’s degree in Labor and Employment Relations from the University of Cincinnati and a Bachelor's degree in Professional Studies in Speech Communication from Northern Kentucky University.
